Meditation:
Recovery can sometimes be as simple as closing your eyes and focusing on your breath. However, meditation can be varied with the use of guides, mantras and various sounds. Give it a try for an increase in calmness!
Healthy Eating:
As the saying goes, "You are what you eat". Nutrient rich food is one of the best methods to improve your physical health. Try replacing low quality processed foods by cooking healthy versions of your favorite meals!
Quality Sleep:
Sleep affects mood, energy and our overall health. Not only is it important to get enough sleep but also to get high quality sleep. Establishing healthy sleep schedules with minimal distractions are ideal.
Read a Book:
Put down the phone and pick up a book. The act of reading a physical book allows our minds to decompress in a healthier way then we are scrolling our phones.
Listen to Music:
Listen to your favorite songs. This is very simple as it can be done almost anywhere!

We often take in and process a lot of information throughout our days. Don't forget to take a moment to write down the thoughts that are on your mind.
